一、新年吉祥話的英文怎麼說？

 

基本上，英語中祝福他人「發財」的想法概念很少，不同於漢語文化的「發財」可以再分成許多方式，就像是比較常見的新年吉祥話「財運亨通」、「五福臨門」、「花開富貴」、「鴻圖大展」、「步步高升」和「前途無量」等等，除了包含有錢財方面的意涵，也有事業和運勢方面的意涵。

追本溯源，大概可以考究到千年前的聖人經典或傳承久遠的儒家文化，很難跟不同文化型態的外國人三言兩語地解釋，所以將新年吉祥話翻譯成英文時，就會覺得言不達意或是不完全符合的感覺。
